Agreement

  • ShopNetAfrica provides the user a platform to display and sell his/her products and services for a yearly fee of usd. 2.
  • A single listing may contain up to 3 images and 1 video.
  • The seller may choose to create multiple and diverse listings at no additional cost.
  • The seller may choose to add or leave out a shopping cart for a particular listing. For example selling a house via a shopping cart is not ideal whereas selling a homemade product or craft is best sold via a shopping cart.
  • The subscription fee is not refundable even if a user terminates his or her membership before a year has lapsed.
  • After expiry of the one year paid membership the paid user will have to renew his/her membership in order to access his or her profile and to edit listings. The email ID and all previous listings and entered data will remain the same after a paid membership renewal. The listings of an expired paid membership will be visible but the BUY button will be disabled for as long as the membership is in expired status. The BUY button will become active again upon renewal of the said membership. 
  • It is required to register as a Free User to post free text messages on the website or to buy from paid members.
  • A free membership will expire after one year. After expiry the user will have to become a paid member in order to re-use the same email ID OR use another email ID to register for another free one year of free registration.
  • A paid member may create and manage listings for a third party for example for a motor dealership and collect compensation from his/her client and such compensation will solely belong to the registered member providing the service,
  • ShopNetAfrica brings a seller and buyer together and facilitates payment but has no further involvement in the transaction. A dispute between a seller and buyer is ad hoc.
  • The seller must add shipping cost to his/her product or state very clearly if shipping is excluded in the mentioned unit price.
  • ShopNetAfrica reserves the right to delete inappropriate content.
  • ShopNetAfrica reserves the right to adjust its membership fee from time to time.
  • ShopNetAfrica strives to be available 24/7 but may (however extremely rare) be unavailable for a short period of time due to maintenance or because of internet conditions outside of our control.
  • ShopNetAfrica is not accountable for 3rd party links displayed on ShopNetAfrica or might not share the same opinion that any free text message is propagating.
  • Payment gateways offered such as PayPal etc may have its own fees and such fees are not covered by the ShopNetAfrica membership fee and payable by the user.
